Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
At Abhi Kal Goods, customer satisfaction is important. If there is an issue with an order, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
If an exchange is needed, please contact the support team within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Brief description of the issue
Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been reviewed and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Digital products (if applicable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the store’s part.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent regarding approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging and item
- Description of the issue
This helps resolve claims quickly.
